Eat well after your aerobic workout

 fitness centerFrom experience I can tell you after you exercise very hungry, calming feeling that we should not find any thing in sight, but basic food to help us recuperate in a healthy way.
There are two ways in which we'll show you how to feed yourself after your daily exercise routine. These recommendations can take them into account so that your body feels good and balanced eating style.

Aerobic exercise less than 30 minutes.

The exercise time is smooth. In 30 minutes, maybe did a little dance or something to walk on the treadmill belt. Suddenly doing some steps or running around a park. Perfect for this time it is best to drink water or rehydration to help us recover the salts lost in sweat.

Aerobic exercise longer than 30 minutes.

By this time you must have sweated a lot and might be tired. Take a break and rest, drink water and if you have that feeling of hunger that makes you feel your stomach empty, you can sip a cup of light yogurt or fruit. Another option is to eat a fruit like an apple or a peach.

Aerobic exercise greater than or equal to 60 minutes.

The exercise and is higher at this point and it should be noted that the body needs some food to not feel bad or dizzy. A dance routine or cardio for an hour or more can be fed with one serving of fruit with yogurt and cereal fiber. Another option is to eat a sandwich with lean ham integral. Thus will supply your need for protein and carbohydrates needed for effective recovery.
